St. Augusta will only be using the Main South Entrance during this time. IF YOU NEED THE CHAIR LIFT, PLEASE LET ONE OF THE USHERS KNOW SO THEY CAN RESERVE A SEAT FOR YOU AND LET YOU IN THE NORTH ENTRANCE.
A family who resides in the same household may take a pew or 2 individuals not living in the same household would sit on opposite ends of the pew. We are skipping 1 pew and you are REQUIRED to wear a mask for your personal protection. There will be overflow seating in the media room of the church hall. We ask that you apply hand sanitizer once you enter the church. Sanitizer will be provided at the entrance.
ONLY the Cantor can sing, the CONGREGATION is asked to not sing at this time. Communion will take place DURING THE MASS, however, you will go up the SIDE AISLE keeping 6 ft of distance from the person in front of you, get hand sanitizer at front window and proceed to recieve communion. You will return to your seat using the CENTER AISLE keeping your distance from others returning to their seat.
Those sitting in the overflow area will need to come up the South staircase to receive Communion. Follow up the aisle remembering to keep our 6 ft of social distancing. You may return to your seat using the North staircase.
Daily Masses will follow the Sunday Mass protocols.
Dispensation has been extended until further notice. Please see the October 25th bulletin for the complete statement on the Extension of Dispensation from the Diocese.
Please contact the church office to arrange Confessions; you will be asked to use hand sanitizer upon entry and a mask is also required.
The church, church entrances and restrooms will be cleaned and sanitized prior to each Mass.
